How It Works
A Step-By-Step Guide
Start by browsing our current theme options and choose the one that best fits your celebration.
2. Tell Me About Your Party
Head over to our Plan Your Party page and fill out the inquiry form. This is where you can share all the fun details about your celebration, including your party date, guest count, and anything you’d like me to know about your sweet girl.
3. Check Your Inbox
Keep an eye out for an email from me! I’ll respond within 24 hours to let you know if your date is available. If your requested date is already booked, I’ll be happy to help you explore other options.
4. Reserve Your Party Date
Once your date is confirmed, I’ll send over your party contract and invoice. A $50 deposit will be required to officially reserve your party date.
At this time, we’ll also finalize important details like your setup and pickup windows so everything feels organized and easy.
5. We Bring the Celebration to You
On your scheduled setup day, I’ll arrive with all of your teepees, décor, and styling pieces ready to transform your space. With the help of my setup team and our Signature Setup Plan, we’ll take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the excitement.
6. Party Time!
Now it’s time to celebrate! Enjoy a cozy, beautifully styled sleepover experience with your kids and their guests.
7. Easy Cleanup
The next day, I’ll return during your scheduled pickup window to carefully pack everything away and leave your space just as I found it.
8. After the Party
After your celebration, I’ll follow up with details about your security deposit return and share an opportunity for you to leave a Google review. I’d love to hear about your experience and how Pink Door Parties helped make your celebration special!
FAQ
Before we arrive, please make sure the area where your teepees will be set up is clean and completely cleared of furniture and other items. Once the space is ready, we'll take it from there! We'll handle the setup, styling, and all the thoughtful details so you can enjoy the excitement without the stress.
Most teepee setups require about 6 feet by 3 feet per tent. Living rooms, playrooms, basements, and large bedrooms usually work perfectly.
We also LOVE to style a party in a cleared out dining room.
Our sleepover parties are most popular for children ages 5–14, but we can create parties for younger kids, teens, and special celebrations. We've also provided our teepees for a sleep-under- a party where kiddos enjoy the teepees, but do not actually spend the night in them.
